Subprocessors

This page lists the subprocessors we engage to provide the LinkProfit platform. It forms part of our Data Processing Agreement and complements our Privacy Policy. Each is engaged under a written contract imposing data protection obligations no less protective than our own, and we remain responsible for their performance.

Hetzner is engaged only where a customer connects an apex domain by IP address; traffic on domains connected by CNAME does not reach it. Data locations reflect the configuration in force on the date above.

Changes to this list

We give at least thirty (30) days of notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Notice goes by email to the account contact and appears in the dashboard; this page is updated the same day.

Controllers may object within that period on reasonable, documented data protection grounds by writing to privacy@linkprofit.com. We will look for an alternative; if none is reasonably available, you may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty, under Section 7 of the Data Processing Agreement.

Where a subprocessor must be replaced urgently to preserve security or continuity, we make the change first and notify you without undue delay, with the reason. To receive these notices, email privacy@linkprofit.com and ask to join the notification list.
