Track 2

Launch: From Empty Account to First Client

Brand, domains, client pricing, payment methods and a one-week checklist — the practical steps between signing up and invoicing your first client.

5 lessons

This track is the practical one: every lesson ends with something you configure in the dashboard or send to a real person. It assumes you know what the product is — if you don't, take the Foundations track first.

The order of lessons follows the order of launch decisions. Name and domains come first because everything your clients see hangs off them. Prices come second, because you cannot open a checkout without plans. Payment methods come third — your own Stripe, your own PayPal or a payment link, connected in an evening. Then a one-week plan for landing the first paying client, and a candid list of the mistakes that stall most first months.

The biggest risk for a new partner is not a wrong price or a slow domain — it is staying in setup mode forever. The service is sellable long before it feels finished. Work through the five lessons, keep the pricing page open for reference, and treat the first-client checklist as a deadline, not a suggestion.
